South East Ohio Hope Center (SEOHC) is a recovery community organization (RCO) located in southeastern Ohio. An RCO is an independent, non-profit organization run by people in long-term recovery for those seeking or in recovery. RCO’s facilitate a community built around providing recovery-focused policy advocacy activities, carrying out recovery-focused community education and outreach programs, and providing peer-based recovery support services.
